Nah Im only down about 1000 cals a day. Still about 4500 daily. No huge changes diet wise...yet

When I kick this thing off im gonna get brutal with the diet. I wanna surprise some folks including my wife the most. Its gonna get crazy up in here ;)

If I can maintain my overall size and trim the waist. Ill be satisfied, for now. Its gonna be awesome!!!:mad:

Isn't that the truth every since that fucker posted his insane pic I've been hitting it harder then ever. I even switched to their routine. Fucking Johnny is in my head man

I agree. Although me and JB are two very different physiques I really admire what he has done. I wouldnt model my physique after his since we are so different. Mands is more or less similar to me. Thats why I always like tall bodybuilders.

Of course Arnold, Dennis Wolf, Kevin Levrone, Lou Ferrigno, etc etc
 
Just lean muscle. Little to no carbs. Just meats and protein shakes. People think I'm on cycle right now....lol.

Hammer curling 150 for 10 reps at 10-12 sets. I'm now doing more sets per body part than I was while on cycle.
I need 20"+ bombs like you man. Then I would really look huge. Any tips?

10-15 sets of
standing rope hammer cable curls
10-15 sets of
Wide grip curls
10-15 sets of
Close grip curls

8-10 set of
Tricep push downs
8 sets of
reverse grip single tricep extensions
10 sets of
Overhead tricep extensions.

*I'm pretty much at the cable machine section the whole time. I just now started to add dumbbell curls into the session also.*

I should be around 20 1/2 or 21 by Sept.

I currently do arms 2x per week. Total sets for both workouts cant be more than 14. Damn
 
Right now im real close to 19's I can almost taste it. I started at 16.5 a year ago so lol whatever im doing is working. I just want my damn guns already! Even 19's dont look like spit on me:mad:

People at the gym never see how big my arms are until I go sleeveless. I look in the mirror like wtf...and giggle a lil bit.

At least 30 sets for each on arm day. It goes by fast. Just alternate from bi's to tri's so you don't fatigue so fast.
(I do 1 set of bi's, 1 set of tri's, then go straight back to bi's again..and so on).

I used to do seated overhead dumbbell tricep extensions also. That would tear my tri's up something nice. I could feel the muscles tearing apart!

^ Damn. I need to re evaluate my volume game...
I thought I saw your pic in the other thread (iirc)...I'm impressed and jealous...lol
 
To bad we aren't closer to same body structure or weight. I would jump in the race but I suppose I am adding a few extra compounds like var and eq. Least u got weight to you man (lumberjack look), I'm 6'1" about 205 my ultimate goal is bout 230 to 235 unfortunately I'll never have that backwoods corn bread feed look. [emoji53]

Maybe your right...

Im just burnt out. My usual 5 hours a night has worn me thin. I prep for a 0300 wake up every day. Hit the gym then off to work till about 1800-2000. The gear whilst on cycle keeps me plenty energized but now its like...fuck this lol. I skipped today. Alot of it is laziness. Ill be honest.

I cant wait till this next cutting phase. I wanna be energized cuz im gonna hit it hard and fast. Tren should be an interesting experience to say the least. Im ready to lose this belly for good.

hey notits, we should make pathetic sad looking before pics. Push my belly out for effect. Then take finished pics 8 weeks later. Itll look even more impressive. Im also gonna look in to bennys suggestion of calipers and where i should measure. Maybe that should give me a solid idea where i stand

There's no way I could handle that schedule.. I'd say you definitely need a vacation!! Maybe even a week off of training, it sure helped me out.

One thing I've always noticed with tren is I can get away with a lot less sleep and still have energy and feel good.. Hopefully it does the same for you.
