Insane preworkout stack.

Hey guys!

I want to hear your opinion on my preworkout stack which I'm currently taking.

1 scoop of C4
(1500 mg Beta Alanine,1000 mg Creatine Nitrate,1000 mg Arginine AKG, 250 mg Vit C,200 mg L-Tyrosine,160 mg Caffeine,50 mg Bitter oranege extract and some other vitamins)

5 gr BCAA
5 gr Glutamine
3 gr CEE
2 gr L-tyrosine
4 gr AAKG
2 gr Beta alanine
6 gr Citrulline malate
3 gr Ornithine

I have Taurine too but I have read several studies that it competes with the AAKG absorbption so I do not take it PRE.

The pumps are skin ripping,and they last much longer.

What do you guys think?I'm looking forward to read your opinions :)
 
My preworkout
I had a can of pears today along with one glass of coffee.Results... did a whole body workout and hit pr's on everything.My whole body is pumped 45 min after just sitting here.

My pre workout today will consist of ribs, rice and beans, and a little mofongo de pollo plus some coffee. On my way to PR central lol
 
I'm a clean eater and if I ate a meal like that, I'd be shitting non stop for days haha

I eat dirtier than a $2 Tijuana hooker man.....

Well to be honest when I cook at home it's usually pretty good. When I eat out it's much "dirtier". I eat what I want and make it fit my macros for the most part but I do get a lot of veggies in from salads and I can't get enough fruit. I've eaten a full 5lb bag of peaches or nectarines before lol.

I wish I could get away with that man. I get bloated and shit way too easily. If I eat out one time and it's not clean, it takes 2-3 days to get rid of the bloat.
 
Dude I hope you are using an X-tra Large toilet.Cuz those monster shits will clog it otherwise :eek::D:D
 
I was sent a jug of hypershock rage to try out, stuff is great!!! Steady energy for hrs after taking it, not the typical jittery up and down crash, so far its been the best one Ive ever used
