Love your volume of work. I'm going more that way now, and leaving the real heavy short sets alone. Us old guys have to watch out for the wear and tear factor in joints and tendons.

You may want to consider NPP for joints. It doesn't bloat you like deca, and can be used in a cut cycle. I use it, and it's a life saver for my shoulders. It's starting to work on my tendonitis now.
I'm doing 100mg eod with Tren, test, and EQ this cycle. I started at 50, but that just didn't seem to be quite enough to take pain away from tendonitis.
Dunno about you, but I hit three weeks in on my Tren thursday. Next week I'm back to eating beef and what ever other meat I want. The Tren can do the cutting now, I'm gonna pack on some muscle.That's what I miss most...beef

Well I did it pussed out on ladderhad to stop at 15mins.
Treadmill incline 15 3.7mph 5mins, 4mph 5mins, 3.5mph 10mins.
