I here ya!! After you mentioned elbow pain, my elbow started bother me. The power of the mind. I got to "pop", hurt like a bitch, but it does feel better today. I'm still working on that million dollar idea so I can supplement with HGH.
 
This should cut the cardio down.

I have never ran mast and all the gear I used from age 26-28 I can't remember everything. I do know that I used a bunch of shit. I don't want to make it sound unbelievable, so I won't get into. I can say that even with my weight go up I feel tighter and looking better. Bloat has gone down some (lost couple lbs) and I can see the veins in my feet again. My joints have been hurting a little more also.

Shoulders and a bit of back this morning. Went somewhat heavy on trap bar deads, what can I say, I like pain....lets me know I'm still alive.

Ladder is an ass kicker!! I had to stop 4 times to stretch my calves, blood was flowing!!
Treadmill incline 15 3.7mph 10mins, 3mph 5mins, 2.5mph 5mins
Rowing 334 total strokes

I might have to cut the ladder down to 15mins, I hate to sound like a pussy.:(

You may want to consider NPP for joints. It doesn't bloat you like deca, and can be used in a cut cycle. I use it, and it's a life saver for my shoulders. It's starting to work on my tendonitis now.

What do you think the lowest dose per week would be to help?
 
Last cycle I think I did 100mg a day for three days, then 50mg in with my eod pins. It took care of my shoulder pain in about a week.
 
I'm doing 100mg eod with Tren, test, and EQ this cycle. I started at 50, but that just didn't seem to be quite enough to take pain away from tendonitis.

There was some hot, young, firm chicks in the gym this morning which is very usually. Not that I was listening and watching everything they did (maybe a little but not enough to be creepy), I heard one of them ask the other if she was coming over for bible study. I was thinking (and imagining) that was code for orgy.:D Sounds like I better head over to Yolanda's Rub & Tug for a massage. Also this dude and his girlfriend were working out and every time I would get close to the area she was he would fast walk to her and give her a kiss (how fucking sweet of him:rolleyes:). Ain't it funny how people react around you when you are in good shape. I know myself the things that I see now I never had happen a year ago when I was a 235lb fat slob lol. Just wink at that chick next time her boyfriend is kissing her.
