Im going to mention my shoulder workout yesterday . Another epic day , felt some breathlessness after hard sets but still doable . 6 sets of progressive seated DB presses followed by 6 sets heavy barbell standing military presses .
I then tryed that heavy one arm side lateral raise that was talked about here (video) . After proper warm-up I hit the one arm lateral using 35lbs then 50lbs . Ouch . I did 8 reps (each arm) then 6 then 5 then 4 . Hard ! And feels effective too ! Love it !
No more 15lb db side laterals !! Im goin heavy from here out , just hope my rotator cuffs can keep up !
