Bicep definition issue

Having good results and lean gains during a test only cycle. Both tris and bis are improving in strength and size. But even when I flex or pose my Bicep looks big but not defined. I have about 13% bf. Is it just more cardio and cutting down that I need or could there a great bicep cutting exercise that I'm not doing. I have tried close-to-the-body drag curls but no great results yet.

Any advice?

I would imagine this would be an issue easily fixed by cutting body fat.
What is your lifting routine geared towards right now? (Size, strength, etc)

If your bf is higher it covers bi's up. I like curls off of a bench or cable curls. You need all the weight on the biceps when they are fully contracted. The upper arms are 90 degrees from the torso while curling.

It takes time. The peak often comes from seated incline curls and also straight bar curls where you start in a bent row position and let it roll up the legs- then at the last portion curl it. Starting with the elbows back behind the body engages that top peak. And always contract the bicep on every curl. You'll get there!

I'd say BF as well but it could have a lot to do with the natural anatomy of your biceps. I have a very long bicep head that stretches all the way to my elbow and therefore I will never really be able to get that peak that everyone wants. It took me a while to learn this. Study your own anatomy and you may notice the same.

its actually the opposite bro, the longer the bicep head the better and bigger the potential for peak and size. This is because when flexed a muscle shortens and heightens, the closer to the bend of ur arm the more potential. Go look at Sergio Oliva or Arnold, their biceps were both very long

I disagree. Albert Beckles had short bicep insertion and great peaks. Lou had long insertions and not much of peak. Sergio was the same so not sure what you're looking at. Arnold was probably the one exception this as he had a decently long insertion but great peaks.
