Having good results and lean gains during a test only cycle. Both tris and bis are improving in strength and size. But even when I flex or pose my Bicep looks big but not defined. I have about 13% bf. Is it just more cardio and cutting down that I need or could there a great bicep cutting exercise that I'm not doing. I have tried close-to-the-body drag curls but no great results yet.
