My diet has been good, less carbs, more protein and fat. I don't have the exact macros. Just been trying to get 60-70g of protein per meal x 6 right around 375-400g per day, which is a lot of chewing. Really don't want to be walking around @ 240 (unless I'm 10-12%) bc its all gut and ass weight. 225-230 I can live with so, I better re-evaluate my diet.

Loved the lifted part of the workout. Hated the ladder, gym doesn't have a stair master so ladder it is. Its been 14 days on Tren and I thought I was going to die on the ladder. Breathing was crazy hard, its also weird. Idk how else to describe it but weird metal straw like, if that makes any sense.
I thought I was have some fuck up dreams on Test and Mast, but these last few nights have been absolutely bizarre. Also I'm only getting about 3-4hrs of sleep, but it feels like I've been asleep for 7-8hrs.
