Overtraining on cycle?

I know cycles can vary from 500 test begginer to over a gram of test 700 tren dbol and a dash of gh so lets shoot for somewhere in the middle. The avg users cycle if I do weight training 7 days a week no rest for weeks on end could I be over training even with the benefits of aas to increase muscle recovery time? Keep in mind I am roatating body parts some times I'll do an hour of tricep only then the next day bicep only. If I'm really fired up I train for 2 hrs usally on chest and shoulder day. I just don't seem to be getting any more gains
Even though I'm sore all the time cause I am destorying my shit at gym. I am on week 16 of what is turning out to be a 20 week cycle.
 
Everyone's different, for me I can easily overtrain on cycle. Low volume is when I make my best gains. It's a mental adjustment for sure though.
 
Individual muscle recovery shouldn't be your biggest concern when it comes to overtraining or excessively overreaching. Localized muscle recovery is a fairly fast process even without drugs, the biggest concern is systemic fatigue symptoms. This can potentially slow your progress and will harm performance if you don't allow time for fatigue to dissipate.

Take a deload if your performance is going to shit to let fatigue dissipate. A good routine will have measures in place to keep you from excessively overreaching, unless that is what the routine intends. You can go by feel if you're an experienced lifter who really understands how fatigue effects fitness too.
 
Thanks I see your point I just have had a hard time staying away from the gym since I started tren two weeks ago ive gone everyday and sometimes even twice in one day. My Central nervous system could use a days rest or two

its really good that you've got the energy and drive to go twice, but be careful you don't burn out.. its better to give small intense workouts over a long period of time and keep your head straight than giving it everything you've got and blowing out.. though if you're at week 16 thats pretty good fella - hows your diet?

At about 3500 cal a day next week I'm a cut down to 3 and start either clen or ephedrine with tren masteron and test down to 900
 
Mental fatigue nearly always comes in before physical, as in you will most likely know you have overtrained long before you feel it in any particular muscle. However overtraining is another subject blown way out of proportion, it is highly likely most recreational lifters are never gonna experience the thing anyway

I've learned the hard way that our body knows better than our mind when it comes to this question of overtraining. When I my body tells me it needs to chill I let it chill. I'm a creature of routine so I know how hard it is mentally to not go to the gym. From time to time when I feel that feeling of being overtrained, a long plateau can be sign, I take 5 days off. Almost every time, I come back stronger.

I know my test levels spike like crazy after working out especially on cycle I either bang my gf or jerk off about 30 mins after my workouts
 
Honestly bro taking 2-3 days off and concentrating on eating, hydrating, and rest, you'll probably notice and increase in size afterwards. Sometimes the body just needs some time to catch up with the constant beating it's being put through. The last time I took a good 5 days off of lifting I actually gained some quality weight in that short period of time and came back looking fuller.

It's in your head most likely.

On cycle it's irrelevant since your test production is shut down and replaced with whatever you are pinning. Everyday factors won't effect test levels on cycle or cause them to fluctuate, your levels will be whatever you are injecting when it comes to test.

Off cycle the time off is probably a good thing when it comes to maintaining healthy hormone levels.

Your head unless you're trolling.

Test levels drop after working out and not working out for 2days won't affect your estrogen or FT enough to give you a B cup let alone DD
 
I always am horney 30 mins to an hour after I workout. Nobody else experiences this? It's actually quite fun and makes for some amazing sex!

I'm always a helluva lot more energetic after a good workout. It gets the blood flowing, and motivation kicking. Post workout I just all around feel great. Unless I take preworkout. When I take that shit I always feel like puking after my session and usually have a slight headache, accompaning my upset stomach.
