I know cycles can vary from 500 test begginer to over a gram of test 700 tren dbol and a dash of gh so lets shoot for somewhere in the middle. The avg users cycle if I do weight training 7 days a week no rest for weeks on end could I be over training even with the benefits of aas to increase muscle recovery time? Keep in mind I am roatating body parts some times I'll do an hour of tricep only then the next day bicep only. If I'm really fired up I train for 2 hrs usally on chest and shoulder day. I just don't seem to be getting any more gains
Even though I'm sore all the time cause I am destorying my shit at gym. I am on week 16 of what is turning out to be a 20 week cycle.
