I fucked up yesterday on bench. Should've skipped 315 and I would've got 375...doing 5 reps with 315 was a waste if I was trying to see what my max is. I was trying to get a workout in plus see how much I could bench...as always doing too much. Not to mention my elbow was really hurting this morning.

Back and triceps this morning. Had to pass on rack pulls again bc of elbow pain, but I did increase the weight and reps on pull ups.

Average, at best, workout. Elbow pain really got intense after supported rows. I'm sure it would have been best to skip triceps, but as you all know I don't skip training body parts...heavy weight exercises yeah.

Got just enough tren for 1/2ml ED for the next three days. Legs tomorrow, gonna real put an effort into front squats.

Trained legs and abs this morning. Did some front squats...not setting any world records with weight. First set was ok, but I was not going low enough...so I used a box (don't know the height) and did a couple more sets. Yeah shoulder position is much better...no pain, although I could see it being a problem with me as the weight goes up. Only used the bar today.

Keep at those front squats man. I think they are the most awkward fucking things in the world. I have such a hard time trusting the bar on my front shoulders but I've been getting one hell of a pump.
