Trained legs and abs this morning. Did some front squats...not setting any world records with weight. First set was ok, but I was not going low enough...so I used a box (don't know the height) and did a couple more sets. Yeah shoulder position is much better...no pain, although I could see it being a problem with me as the weight goes up. Only used the bar today.

That's it!! Short workout...legs were on fire, especially after cardio. Took more time with front squats than I wanted to plus...I had to take a shit one set into hacks, which cost me 10mins.
The dog and me just got back from 4-5mile hike at one of the local parks...pics to follow....

Keep at those front squats man. I think they are the most awkward fucking things in the world. I have such a hard time trusting the bar on my front shoulders but I've been getting one hell of a pump.
