I go by giuseppesson, I'm a Capricorn, enjoy long walks on he beach, kissing my love in the rain, witty banter and wait a min wtf wrong site! What up everyone in obviously new to the site but have been in the game about a decade. Played high school ball as well as some college and then due to an injury went back to being an avg Joe.

Had a couple accidents over the years and injuries (minuscule tears, fractures etc) and lost my way with fitness and health and have started that journey back!

Better late than never right. Looking to shred my protective padding over and fluffiness and get back to being healthy. Poked around a lot over the past couple months and thought it time to join.

Ha! You choose the rain I prefer the trunk! Heard a drunk at the airport talking about who loves a guy more, his dog or his wife, said to answer that question fast n easy simply place your dog in the trunk for an hour and then your wife for an hour, whoever is happy and running to you with a smile on their face like they haven't seen you in a year is the obvious winner. All good on the emoji addiction Skull, and apologies all around on the neglect of stats! 32 yr old 295 lbs 5'11" Italian Bastard! Haven't done measurements lately but will right before I start cycle.used to be in great shape, high school and college ball, but then tore my meniscus, crushed outer cortex and had a tibial plateau fracture. After I started to heal I was involved in an auto accident and jacked up my back, shoulders and neck. After that healed up and got the okay from the doc I slipped on a patch of ice and reinjured my back and knee. Cycled a few times and fell off the wagon and recently got my diet back on track and am ready to get back on that mofo and get this guinea shredded!
