Can anyone weigh in on if there are there any of the advanced functions that should be enabled with that program? I have listed the advanced function below. Kind of afraid to select them as I dont want to brick a drive. Any input is appreciated.

Ive been using CCleaner for many years now with success and only use the defaults for my needs. I do however use the registry cleaner periodically and find that very effective. I give it two thumbs up for what it was intended for.

ccleaner is a great free app.

I personally wouldn't clean out anything other then the standard install, and the select apps you'd like to have cc run on.
What is your purpose of wanting to run cc? other then basic clean up?

If privacy is your concern you would be better off using a Linux OS. IMO. Have one Windows laptop (if you want) and one Linux laptop or whatever.

I use the whole CCleaner set with the night saber tools to clean my computer.
