Training log Week 1

Huuuge bro. How much of a factor do you believe GH to play a roll? Do you use insulin as well?
 
I would say a major role lol it promotes cell growth!!!!!! Also yes only regular insulin though aka humalin R

I'll be working out at a anytime fitness today so my numbers will be lower for weights maybe volume too, depending on what the have for back equipment. Also I will be posting pictures this Friday again I'll give more details of a time so more of you can see them before I pull them down. I am pretty happy with my current off season weight/bodyfat. I believe skull and trucker got a good look but that's about it. I missed two meals yesterday a friend came buy with some "wax" and that shit literally made me fall asleep at 10pm. So this morning I was 253, should be back up by tomorrow
 
Back: didn't even pay attention to
Weight gym sucked but hey I got a ok workout.

Rope Cable Standing Pullover: warm up 4 sets of 15-20 reps (I want to say I used 60-90lbs)

Underhand Ez Bar Pulldown: (I used the ez bar cable attachment and gripped the inner or medium knurling) 3 warm up sets.
4 working sets of 12 reps

Barbell Row: (slowed this down and really focused on squeezing my rhomboids together)
4 working sets of 8 reps @275lbs

Low Cable Row: (I used the typical close grip attachment, I didnt do a exaggerated stretch like Arnold but I would say I got a deep stretch and contracted hard back no swinging)
3 working sets of 15 reps

Back Hyper Extension: (I used a barbell with 135lbs and did a dead stop at the bottom of the movement)
4 working sets of 10 reps

Today was a bit cut back due to the fact I was simply tired and had a ton going on, tomorrow is arms!!!

This boggles my mind. I'm curious obviously. If you don't mind how did you counter the side effects with doses like that? I mean I don't even know where to begin. How did all that gear affect you? Negatives like blood pressure and estrogen. I gotta let this set in...

ok 1 major role in bodybuilding is genetics, I literally can take 1 gram a week of test with no anti estros and my e2 levels are low. Also my blood pressure was yesterday 120/80 which is hard to believe I know. I honestly have no true explanation for you I take 1mg of a dex eod sometimes .5mg eod actually when I'm on that much test. Also side effects I have none other then night sweats, I've been on and off gear for about 5 years. And you feed the drugs I know it sounds weird but the more gear you take the more you have to eat otherwise you will experience more side effects. But it's also a double edged sword because to much eq can ruin the biggest appetites

I've had this argument with many here. I have blood work papers on my past 3 cycles and I never take an AI, estrogen is always within range. They argue with me and say well it's within range but but but. But what? I don't know why I don't have a need for an AI but it's true. So I get it.

The one part I don't understand is you say the more you eat you experience LESS side effects? I understand the more you eat the more gains but why less side effects? I'm not being an ass
