Training log Week 1

I have friends that have to take a 1mg of a dex a day on 750mgs of test it's just kind of the hand you where delt by God or whatever higher power you believe in. I know it sucks because I've worked in and out of gym since I was 16-17 and Ive only met about 3 people that really have good genetics
 
I'm trying to get the most out of our conversation and I appreciate your honesty. I've always associated genetics with muscle bellies and ability to grow on small doses or none at all. I never really fully considered the ability for some to take massive amounts of hormones and make out. I wonder if that's what they mean by genetics? If so then more has to be better. I'm just uneasy about that much gear

I've had this argument with many here. I have blood work papers on my past 3 cycles and I never take an AI, estrogen is always within range. They argue with me and say well it's within range but but but. But what? I don't know why I don't have a need for an AI but it's true. So I get it.

The one part I don't understand is you say the more you eat you experience LESS side effects? I understand the more you eat the more gains but why less side effects? I'm not being an ass
Because more of the drugs are being utilized most people who take gram a week won't really utilize that drug to the fullest because of poor diet. What do steroids do really think about it! They increase every aspect of the muscle building process if your not eating to support that process those drugs in my opinion are going to have more side effects. I'm sure I can ask my guru for a scientific explaination if you want one.

Brother I don't condone that usage for anyone and both sides of genetics matter drug tolerance and muscle bellies, clavicles etc.
 
The reason I ask is because everything about them is different there ankles are lArger then a normal persons, there wrist, there hands, there everything, even though Ronnie is smaller. Dorian is the same way Dorian is still stronger then a damn bull and every aspect of him is different then a normal person. I understand the long term GH usage but still there simply genetically superior to 99.98% of the population

I'm just happy to have dialogue. I know alot of people here would have issue with those doses. I'm just looking to learn objectively
 
I've read most your postings. I remember the one about diet as well so I have a good memory. We are covering alot of ground here. This is interesting. Absent of your largest cycle what do you usually run?

500mgs of eod
30mgs of dbol Ed
Ofcourse serostim also but that's probably my favorite combo
 
Hey drizzy , could you share your diet on a bulk up cycle with us ? not just total cals but the types of foods you eat and how often. Im just curious how a national level BB eats to pack it on.
 
Arms 11/11/15
Warm up: 3 sets of 20 pec dec rear delt fly.

V Bar push down: 3-4 warm up sets (I bend over slightly and put my arms in front of me cause of my size and I feel like I get a better feel in my triceps)
4 working sets of 8 reps

Single overhead Dumbbell Extension: 3 sets working sets of 10 reps

Single underhand cable push down: 4 working sets of 12 reps

Single overhand cabe push down: 2 working sets of 20 reps

Preacher Curl Mahcine: (start with this because my lats tend to cause problems with any curling motion this is when the more advanced shit comes in) 5 working sets of 8 reps

Straight Bar Cable Curl:
4 working sets of 10 reps

Alternating DB Curl standing:
3 working sets of 8 reps

Concentration Curl with Cable:
2 working sets of 15 reps

I can't say too much because I work with a very well known guru

I have 1 egg meal, 1 chicken meal, 1 red meat meal, 1 ground turkey meal, 1 salmon meal, pre workout shake, post workout shake, and a actuall shake meal. I eat 12oz of cooked meat in a sitting, I can't tell you carb portions and I also have dietary fats with each meal. O yah carb sources, sweet potato, white rice, brown rice, oats and waxy maize. That's literally it carb wise

Ive read his meal plan before in another thread. It's not much different than anyone who wants to pack on serious weight. If I remember he goes by 1.8 g protein per bw lb

The dbol low to keep a appetite dbol will fucking ruin your appetite if it's correctly dosed. Alp dbols where the best I've ever had
Is it the actual dbol or the toxicity from orals or even estrogen levels that can cause suppressed appetite?

Yea I've seen that photo look at the size of his head and facial features the dominance of his jaw bones, he's like 18-19 I think there and he has bear paws for hands. Inlarged wrist also... But I get what your saying the drugs really play a roll with enlarging everything. To be honest about the dbol I think it's the toxicity I never experienced bad dbol sides till I got some really high quality dbol. I was running 50mgs a day at that time and I was literally hallucinating I couldn't eat for the life of me. I've always had lower estro levels so I would say it was more lines me going toxic.
