Bet you could do well with Atlas stones...great for building up strength! Maybe for the hell of it why not take part in some local Strongman comp?
 
so this morning. i woke up and noticed my nose started bleeding. Now it could be the dryness in the air as the heater was ob for the first time down here it just got cold but im going to take this as a sign my rbc is getting high, i need to go give blood so i will tomorrow when they are open.

Get your bp checked too. I hate nosebleeds especially when the air gets quite dry in winter

got a bit sick and decided to stop and take it easy probably because I missed my carb meal.

I need to cook all my food. i usally do it on sundays, see that what happend when you dont have your meal ready it can throw every thing off. looks like i will be cooking all night,
