Wunderpus' get bigger cycle

I'm still chasing those 1st cycle gains. That's my point. I want some thing that drastic again
My advice would be to taper test up over time, and cycle the other compounds (tren, EQ, deca, etc) as needed. I think a strong test base is good for people like me and you who want to have the mass. If you wanted to be a 185lb physique model, I'd tell you run low test and high tren. To look blocky and full, IMO, you need that high test.

I would structure cycles like this-

First 3 or so 500 test with various compounds as desired.

After that a cycle of 750. Then a cycle of 750 + a compound or 2.

Then a G of test. After that a g plus 2 compounds.

1.5G after that.

Etc etc.

I do believe there is a point of diminishing returns with test, and it makes more sense to
Invest into GH at some point.

By the way, that's not the "best" way to do it, per se, just what I would recommend to someone who was clearly serious about the lifestyle.

that is how I plan my long term future use.
My first cycle was 800 mg /week total AAS (700 mg above my 100 mg TRT baseline).
Next I am trying to hold it under a gram for most and then (it will be a long EQ run) towards the end bump it up a little bit with some added Masteron when I drop cals into deficit.
I think ahead and know after that I will run 1200 mg (most like test/deca bulk).

so just every time a slight bump and squeeze the most gains out of the least dosages each time.

Oh by the way, another vote for great log as it is -- don't change, we all appreciate it as is :D.

How are your long term sides so far? Any bad acne? gyno? hair lose?

No acne, or hair loss to note. I had the slightest of slightest pubescent gyno from when I was a kid, it has not gotten any worse, and maybe even a bit better over time. My original AAS "teacher" had me run nolvadex on cycle. That probably saved me from getting worse gyno, as sometimes he gave me terrible advice in terms of AI and AAS dosages and combos.

I think tapering up is the only reasonable way to do it. You will get to the point that only large amount of test and GH (and insulin if you're so inclined) will make huge differences. I know of people who can run 5G+ of test, ever heard of that wil tren? Nope, you just can't. You can run around 2G EQ and be okay, assuming you've tapered up to that.

Hey you sexy bastards,

Little quick update for you.

A week and a half into John Meadows' program, I can't really speak highly enough about it so far. Those of you who are unfamiliar with him/his training, I would recommend checking out his youtube channel (mountaindog1) and watching all of his free instructional videos. Some of them have helped me a ton with my form.

No real updates to report in terms of gear, except I'm really enjoying these Grey Tops. They are giving me all the things I expect from Seros, but for a lower price. Having trouble breaking 245lbs lately, I dropped a bit and now I feel like I'm playing catch up.

Good to hear you're liking the MD programs. I was eyeing one myself a while back, but I don't think I'm nearly ready for them yet. Pricey, but I hear nothing but good things. Maybe next year, or whenever I start feeling stuck with what I'm doing.

Does yours have the zany lift selections in it? Heard they have some pretty unconventional stuff in them.

So far, not too many things I would call unconventional.

However, you had to buy a fair bit of bands for this program, so I'm curious to see how it moves forward.

The abs and calves trained daily is still very hard for me.

Hey wunder do you train your abs before or at the end of your work outs??
I do it as John Meadows has me currently. Sometimes it's post workout, sometimes intra.

For example, on arms day this week I will do some curls and ropes suppersetted with abs or a few sets.

Not sure why he changes it up....

I used to do them post workout, but that roughly translated into doing them like 2x a week. When I used to do them pre workout, I did them more often.

Friends,

I come to you with something that I believe can help take your training to the next level.

Last night I tried John Meadows' version of tricep kickbacks. I have always found regular kickbacks to be largely overrated and didn't give me a whole lot. Well, these are game changers. I encourage everyone of you guys, beginner or advanced to try this variation... Just do it for me, once! Grab a 10-15lb DB, nothing more and hit 5 sets of 8 to feel it out. Do not cheat, as you're only cheating yourself. Enjoy-

Hey Wunderpus, your log still is my daily read and great tips and suggestions l see and have started incorporating into my workouts. So much good stuff I can't seem to jam them into a rather time-constrained schedule, but will look into what gives best results in what little time I have during the week.

Have you done landmine presses? Just did a few sets last night...mind blowing! These are a great alternative to flat bench press as I happened to read some article on my phone recently.

Never been a fan of standard kick backs either. I'll give these a shot. Need another pump move for triceps that I can't drop on my head. The last few FST7 sets get a bit interesting doing overhead extensions.

Thanks brother! No I don't think I have, what is that??
