This tren insomnia is killer. Would lowering my dose help, but at would cost to my physique would that bring. I've also been on var a week now

Yup started today at 40. Coach having me run it for two weeks switching to carb cycling and an hour of cardio a day so well see

Db press 4x10

Lateral raises 4x15

Reverse flies 4x15

Rope pulls 3x10

One arm pause lateral raise 3x10

Underhand ez bar press 3x10

500cals incline treadmill power walk

Test e 500/week 1-16
EQ 600/week 1-14
NPP 100eod weeks 1-8

My only question is what are your guys opinions on adding an oral to either the start or end. Tbol/Dbol at the start or finish with var/winny? This would be third cycle so im not trying to run too many compounds. IVe done tbol/test e and this current one. Im trying to bulk and stay as close as I can to 9-10% bf while gaining about 10lbs from this cycle.

I'm not sure you should even add an oral. I'd go for 18-20 with EQ and Test...its my understanding EQ needs be ran at least 16 weeks.

I'm on week 9 of 24 at 750mg and lovin' it!! It's my first run with EQ. Added Tbol bout 19 days ago at 50mg....Test 400mg for the last 6 weeks??, started around 300mg for first 3 weeks?? With that said I'm lovin' Tbol as well!! :)

Imo hold off on the winny or var this run also. If you have your heart set on running an oral this time, I'd go with Tbol. Dbol has too many sides for me...I'll never use it. You'd probably be alright running it, you don't have gyno.

Good luck this next three weeks brother!! Give it everything you got!! I believe you're gonna hit your bf goal!!

Thanks I appreciate it. I'll hold off on the oral too and bump to 16 EQ 18 test. I'll grab HCG since I cycle not cruise

Preacher curls 4x8 last set drop

Dip machine 4x10 last set drop

Hammer curls 3x15

One arm dumbbell skullcrushers 3x15

Burnout cable curls 1xexhaust like 30some reps

Same with straight bar pushdown 1xexhaust 30 some reps

Flat press 4x10

Pec deck 3x15

Incline walking 500cals

Macros were a refeed day 140p/380c/24f

Pump insane veins everywhere I've never even seen before. And water in mid section coming off still :)

So tired today worked early too legs was rough. Walking on those inclines has been taking a toll.

Squats 5x3

Dumbbell stiff legged deads 3x12

3x25 calf raises

Leg extension 4x10

Weighted sit ups 4x15

500cals walking incline

176.0 leaner by the day think my bloat is almost fully gone sweat like nuts last night from that high carb day. DNP still? Or tren cause that was Saturday night and I came off 500 on Wedneaday was the last day I took 2 pills
