That is actually a side effect of var... lol... reduced cravings and appetite! Make sure you have your protein higher than usual as well... var is very particular and if you don't javelin enough water intake or protein, you can get severe stomach pains and cramps... up the amounts and it goes away...

So we don't get accidental oopsies on stage as we move and pose...plus feels more comfortable knowing everything is in place and you don't have to be distracted adjusting "stuff"

Imagine you on stage with a banana hammock... if ypu wanted to br creative...better glue it in place so nothing pops out

Oh great! See I have read some people get crazy hunger on it and I have read people's cravings were reduced as well.as of right now protein is 1 gram per pound and next week is raised back to about 1.5 gram per pound. But so far havent had any stomach pains I take 5 mg before my fasted cardio and 5 mg about an hour before I lift in the afternoon.
 
Here is a great summary and the difference of both....I personally prefer Nolva as I mentioned earlier....
Nolvadex is by far superior for women. Women are different then men in that they have very little conversion of testosterone estrogen.
Arimidex does not block the estrogen receptor it simply prevents the aromatization from occuring in the first place (aromatase inhibitor). Thus little aromatization equals little help from an aromatase inhibitor.
Nolva on the other hand is much different because women already have much higher levels of naturally occuring estrogen we need to be able to control these levels. Using Nolva will in essence render the present estrogen somewhat inert because the estrogen receptors will be blocked via the competing nolva....so womens ability to drop stubborn estrogen related fat greatly improves.

hard to imagine...too hairy, I prefer to imagine Trukker in a hulkster yellow banana hammock.

I get why, I guess I meant when it was previously described to me just sounded like a shitshow backstage. Oil and glue don't mix well, sounds like a lot of work. Props to all you competitors put into it, it's just hard for me to imagine. I'm more of the bearded pillage-yo-village type guy so it's interesting to hear stories of some of the shit competitors go through.

I would run it at 10mg, if you have the little tabs I know it would be hard to take that 3 times a day... just do it like you're doing it. Wait a few weeks take it to 20mg then you can take it 3 times a day.

You should enjoy this cycle if you keep your training and diet on track and if your anavar is legit. Also I would go ahead and tell your bf about it, even the stress from trying to hide it will hurt your gains. You want to take advantage of being stress free and get all the sleep you can.

Technically depending on the brand... the pharma grade is actually 9-10hr half life and most ugls is 8-9hrs... I really do not see the need in splitting it into 3 doses.

To each their own I guess, I like to keep my levels as high as I can on a blast. If not why do it?

thanks for advice. As of right now my body is doing well on 10 mg was going to wait a few more days see how things go.. How I feel and look.. Then most likely raise the dosage:)
