How do you like pinning your shoulders man? I've only done quads and glutes... thinking about trying delts!
Shoulders are my favorite now since I don't have to worry about going through a massive vein. I only do shoulders and quads.

Kool log bro i'm in. your Adex dosage seems like it will get you to prob the 40-50s which is kool i guess, i would go .25mg EOD really since your not having high e2 sides, just IMHO

I have started to slack on diet the past week and a half, not eating consistently... etc.
I will start to get my diet back on check starting today.
Just let you guys know I have already achieved more than I ever thought I would achieve on this cycle my first 2 months. Anything else is just a bonus.
What kind of strength increases have you experienced mate?
I don't work out for strength, I am all about slow reps, feeling the tension throughout the whole set. But of course strength comes as a bonus. For example for my dumbbell press I was doing 90lb for 5-6 reps pre-cycle, now I am doing 110lbs for 6-8 reps, all very slow and controlled.
Just noticed a lump near injection site from Thursday on shoulder. Not red or anything, definately a lump there and definately noticeable enough where I won't be wearing my tank-tops lol. It's a little wider than a dime, looks like a little hill on my shoulder. Weird how it could of develop 3 days after the shot?

My training consist of working muscle groups 2x a week.
After 2-3 months I switch to this and repeat.

My diet when I took that picture was a cutting diet. Basically only ate 2 bananas or 4 pieces of whole wheat bread for carbs for the day. And just made sure I consumed at least 190grams of complete proteins, mostly chicken/tuna and whey isolate shakes.
Obviously during this cycle a lot of things will change. I will be bulking so I will be upping my calories by quite a bit. I will also be slowly increasing my volume and intensity as the weeks go on for training.
Late to the party. We are very similar in size and build. Only diff is I gave up being as lean and pursued raw strength and size. Currently 220 with 17 arms, took me about 25 lbs to put that inch on there. You also have some sick traps man. You do any isolation work for them or just the big stuff like deadlifts?
