[First Cycle]12 Week (24kpharma) Test-E Only w/Pictures

Hovering at 197lbs, seems like I plateaued in weight the past few days.(But still getting stronger) I guess its time to start eating dirty food, because all this clean eating is getting boring, especially the amount I am consuming. Getting so sick of tuna/bread oatmeal/chiken all fking day.
Going to splurge on fastfood.

I think it's a good idea to eat a little dirty to get those extra calories in on a bulk, especially for you since you started off this cycle at a very lean body fat percentage. How have you been feeling on cycle so far? Do you have any tips for someone about to start their first cycle of test e? Little tips and tricks you may have picked up along the way on your first cycle? Thanks

I like Chipotle, Wendy's, and taco bell when it starts getting hard to put it down.

Remember, you can fit damned near 2k in one shake too.

What are your macros at now?

I feel great. Everyone reacts differently to test, so I don't know what tips to really give you. Honestly anything I said on this log is only thing noteworthy, so if you haven't already just read the entire log.

Keep a clean base, and then get it in however it works out.

My base is clean, just throwing in junks foods here and there for extra cals.

My Macro now is probably 240-260G protein and 300+ carbs daily. Honestly I haven't been counting carbs recently since I am just eating like a filthy animal.
 
Day 33 11:30PM 2/11/16 Pin #10: Pinned left quad, flawless.

Gym progress: My strength is going up and up.

Weight progress:
I am now at 200lbs, up 18lbs and still lean.

Side note: I stop taking ADEX about a week and half ago(I lost the bottle going to order another soon).

Bad sides?: Just face bloating, but my face always bloated looking when bulking.

Bloods: Got my bloods done Tuesday but still haven't received results.

Great physique, great log. Very detailed and seems you have a good head for the medical side of things. Which (imo), is the number one thing that separates a responsible AAS user from an irresponsible user. Having a good knowledge base not only will keep you healthy now but will also allow growth in future cycles without having to add 15 extra substances :) Glad to hear your motorcycle accident hasn't killed your determination / motivation bro. Good form on all counts sir, keep it up!

I noticed you were not planning on any HCG during or leading up to and through PCT. Just curious, why?

Reason why I didnt add HCG is because I wanted to keep my cycle only one compound.
 
Day 41 Pin #12 7:30am 2/19/16: Pinned right shoulder.

I was 8hrs late on this shot, since I fell asleep lastnight.

Also started my arimidex at .5mg on 2/18/16 6pm.
 
Day 45 Pin #13 9am 2/22/16: Pinned right quad. Flawless

Also took .5mg arimidex(Taking it EOD)

I am halfway through my cycle.

How do you like pinning your shoulders man? I've only done quads and glutes... thinking about trying delts!
