[First Cycle]12 Week (24kpharma) Test-E Only w/Pictures

On my 2nd excersise for chest today I had a painful right forearm pump... it was so pumped it hurt picking up dumbbells. I had to rest longer than usual between sets....
 
The oily skin that started appearing on face I think has disappeared since I been taking ADEX. Haven't had oily skin that was caused by the cycle in the last few days. Also I feel like my skin on my back and chest are starting to look even better than pre-cycle.. hard to explain.
 
Hello everyone, I will be logging my first ever cycle.

I am 27
Around 6 years on and off workout experience(Did only calisthenics my first 3-4 years)
5'10.5
182lbs @ 13-14% BF *Guesstimate*

Current Measurements No Pump
41 Inch Chest
33 inch Waist
16.20 Inch Arms

Goal during cycle:
Gain 8-10lbs of LBM

Cycle Layout:

24kpharma Test E: weeks 1-12 200mg/mL *1.25mL per shot, Mon/Thurs = 500mg a week*
24kpharma Pharma grade arimidex: on hand if needed

Post Cycle Therapy
24kpharma Pharma grade nolvadex: weeks 14-17, 40/20/20/20

*Pharma grade clomid weeks 14-17, 50/50/50/50 (Currently undecided if I will be adding this to my PCT)

Thanks man, that is the plan. It is funny because the gym I am going to now I have been a regular for over a year and see almost same people. Now people who have never spoke to me are coming up to me complimenting or asking for advice. I have never been a talker in the gym, I just go in and out 1 hour. It is pretty crazy...and I am only starting on week 4.

Yeah buddy. My first cycle was test e @ 400mg a week and deca at 300 mg a week. When week four hit.....jesus christ!! Frigging life changing. Straight up superman status lol.
 
Your in the break of dawn phase when it all comes rushing in so quick like a beam of light in the darkness. Your like a fucking warrior entering battle and the weights are you sword....slay that shit....lol, that's enough I'll stop.
 
So I went down on my motorcycle last night. I high sided, just a few bruises and scrapes. But my left bicep is pretty sore, I am not going to gym today. Hopefully tomorrow it will be manageable.

Day 22 Pin #7 9am: Did left shoulder. This time for some reason a little bit of oil came out once I removed the needle. I was a little mad about it...

My left bicep is still pretty sore from my motorcycle accident but I will still be going to gym today for Chest/Tris.
 
So the motorcycle accident was worse than I thought. I am not sure what is going on with my left bicep but it is still very painful to the touch. Also it has basically crippled me in the gym the past few days. Anytime I do an excercise that requires the use of left bicep (Even shoulder workouts) I get a agonizing pain throb on the bicep.

Another thing, even when I am not using the bicep at random times of the day it would start throbbing painfully.. I am getting despressed because I haven't gotten on a proper gym session in since this motorcycle accident, 4 days now....................

Ice the hell out of the bicep... is there any bruising??? Just train the hell out of your legs for a few days and give it a break and take some ibuprofen

No bruising at all on bicep. Only bruising on my elbow which is also painful to the touch but doesn't have that throbbing pain feeling.

Everything is inflamed thats why it is sore to the touch... ice the sore areas for 15min a few times a day to bring inflammation down take ibuprofen and go see a dr bro incase u injured some ligaments or tendons

Yeah planning on doing that. Also I can't even train legs because I also landed on my left heel bone, so I can't even put pressure on it. I am just fked...
