[First Cycle]12 Week (24kpharma) Test-E Only w/Pictures

Day 12 Gym Progress: Up 6 lbs in body weight, but looker more vascular...crazy. Lifts are starting to go up. I am usually in and out of gym within 1 hour, but lately I have been staying 30 minutes longer because I have so much more energy.

Wouldn't worry about overtraining too much. Unless you came into this beat to shit already. More likely under eating or sleeping than overtaining at this point. Don't underestimate how big an impact that testosterone is going to have on your recovery capability. Hit it hard.

I like the sound of that, going to really increase my carbs starting week 3 since I will be starting my ADEX anyway, so bloat should be manageable hopefully.

Really, it's up to you, and how you want to run those past few weeks. It's an expensive compound, and you might not get that much from it on the first one, because you'll already be growing damned near optimally. But if you don't mind the expense for a couple more lbs, and maybe some mild recomp depending on diet, then it's an easy add on. Nothing to dial in, pop and go.

The reason why I was thinking of adding var last 4 weeks is to basically cut. So I was thinking bulk for 8 weeks than start cutting last 4 weeks, and I was thinking the VAR should help me keep most of the muscle while I cut and maybe even gain some lol. I honestly hate how my face looks at anything higher than 14% BF and I know for a fact by the end of my cycle I will be above 14% BF if I keep increasing my cals..I like my jawline but it basically disappears and my cheeks get puffy at anything higher than 14% LOL.
 
Don't go too crazy cutting. Remember you'll have PCT to fight through as well. I would just eat about 500 below maintenance, and let the var do the rest of the work if you do. And when you come off, get back to your NEW maintenance.

I've been cutting a little at the end of every one. It works. But I don't have a four week hormonal rollercoaster to deal with, just a mild come down.
 
Have you considered cruising instead of pct?

Honestly I have thought of it...but I want to have at least one kid before I do.

Also if I don't get crazy acne flare ups through my cycle, thoughts of cruising will even be more tempting.

Because honestly the only sides I do not want is a massive acne breakout, and that is main reason I have never done steroids before, since I used to have acne.

So I kind of fked up on my diet last night. I went out clubbing and got pretty hammered. So I only consumed 160g protein throughout the day. Woke up though feeling LEAN as fk...I feel like everytime I sleep the fat just burns off me.

Also woke up with a boner... that hasn't happened in almost a year.

Anyways its 10am and my head still spinning, no excuses though still going to gym.
 
Thats the spirit, go there even if you are having huge headache or something. Kali explained in his youtube video how he never misses a gym no matter what, unless its like life and situation
 
Just started noticing that my face is definately getting oily. The skin on my face is usually very very dry since I never use moisturizer.
