Super squats log

Just wanted to try it out and see how it goes
I didn't made thread in log section beacuse I'm natural but if it will iritate you I will delete it.
Weigth in the morning 78 kg(172 lbs)
Current squat 1rm-250
Bench-200
Deadlift-300
Routine is very simple and lasts for 6 weeks
This is also called squat and milk routine because one should drink gomad every day for duration of the program.
Behind the neck press 3x12
Squats 1x20 ss pullovers 1x20
Bench 3 x12
Row 3x12
SLDL 1x15
We will see how it goes
First day today il be going to the gym in a few hours
 
Lots of us have logs here, myself included, but I've been lacking immensely on it.

Is that your workout for today, or for the whole program?

GOMAD is an ancient program that works for some , especially teenagers but if your over 30 I can just about promise you fat . Lots of it . Theres better , healthier programs out there ....Come over to my foodie thread and lets talk diet and squats .

I used GOMAD when I first started at 17... Buddy I went from 128 to 175 in 6 months through GOMAD, beef patties, and rice. Every damn day lol.. Gained some fat... But little ol me needed it. Chocolate whole milk for the matter....and I'm in on this. Best of luck. I honestly found chocolate milk makes it much easier. But like OGH said.. So many more better options man.. GOMAD is the cheap way out. And doesn't yield the best results.

I did it too , a gallon of milk everyday . Gained 30lbs and 4 inches on my waist . And I was in my early 20"s . Took me 6 months to get lean again . But I did get stronger...
 
Ya I think the GOMAD trick should be used by kids in school/collage or someone in a financial pinch. Yes you'll get the calories and some good protein to carb ratio but it's not complete micronutrients and there defiantly better ways as OGH said. Interested to see how the program works out for you, how many days a week do you do it?
 
I progressed pretty good with just 5x5 Madcow type workouts , for 3 years . Fullbody workouts 3x week .Getting stronger every year. 6 years ago 200 was my squat max and I was using 170 for reps. I more than double that now .

The best advice I can another lifter is to be consistent and dont forget/be afraid to add weight . If you keep lifting the same weight year after year you will stay in neutral .
And look the same ...
 
I did super squats in my early 20's natty. I really did it. No short cuts. Puked a couple times too. It worked and really made me realize how important squats are to gain size.

I think now a days you can replace the milk with other options.

I plan on using super squats with a 17 year old but modifying the program a bit. He's starting tomorrow.

It is done 3 times a week

Agreed man but this is just 6 weeks long so we will see but thanks
I prefer fullbody workouts
 
Anyway had some trouble with life so fuck it I couldn't go to the gym but I'm ok now so first day is today
