I woke up this morning feeling gross and a little bloated. I think I'm retaining more water than usual because it's almost that time of the month. I can't stop thinking about doughnuts, ice cream and cookies.
I did squats this morning and took it a bit easy because my knees have been a little achy over the past few days.
