Well its a fuckin exceptional day!
Went and hit chest and back with the old man.
We did flat barbell press cuz we wanted to max out. I almost had 315 but i failed, however i did hit 305 after that so thats a new pr for me, and im finally over the 300lb mark, and i weighed in at just a hair over 305 today so thats a bodyweight press for me.
Then we did incline barbell SS with a row machine
Flat dumbbell SS with bent over rows overhand grip.
Then deadlifts, which i hit a rep pr at 405lb x 3 twice. And a weight PR at 455lb for one fairly easy rep.
Then cable crossover SS with reverse peck deck.
Fuckin stoked to be hanging out with my old man, hitting PR's, plan on hitting atleast a 405lb possibly 425lb squat in the next few days. Working out at this awesome 2 level 24 hour fitness, just a massive facility, indoor pool and bball court, its a fucking dreamland lol.
Now heading over to the aunts for some homemade lasagna
