I'm debating starting a log when I start my blast. this might be what i need to remain accountable, diet-wise. haha
Do it, it's helped me with diet a lot. I promised I'd screenshot my calories and macros from MyFitnessPal and post it in my log for a couple weeks and it's caused me to really clean up my diet and get it dialed in much better than it was.
