progress/training log

read through the last couple pages... good shit, my man. awesome about the old man too... wish i could get my old man in the gym, he'd rather do calisthenics at
though. i dont understand it, but what can ya do? good job on the PRs too nice to see the numbers going up..

I'm debating starting a log when I start my blast. this might be what i need to remain accountable, diet-wise. haha

Do it, it's helped me with diet a lot. I promised I'd screenshot my calories and macros from MyFitnessPal and post it in my log for a couple weeks and it's caused me to really clean up my diet and get it dialed in much better than it was.

Thank ya brother, i appreciate it. Yeah, the old mans a real monster on the weights, puts me to shame hahah.bits awesome and very motivating to workout with someone as strong as he is. Hey, atleast your pops does something to stay in shape, lifting isnt for everybody.

Haha yeah man, ive been working to break 300 on the bench and get that 405 squat for a long time haha.

You should make ine though, its nice to have a hard copy of what you're dling from week to week, and some great guys will pop in from time to time to give you some advice where they can.
 
So just updating, back is still a little sketchy, not really affecting my walking, but bending over and shit is painful. Just going to take the rest of the week off and get back to it on monday. Start pct tomorrow, soni assume most of any of the extra water weight will be gone soon sonit will be interesting to see how much fat i actually dropped during this. Hopefully i wont drop too much strength, we shall see. Excited to get back to the weights monday, im going crazy.

Its now been 5 days since my last pump...i feel small and flat, trying not to eat too much and all the weight ive lost back on. I am getting some cardio from riding to and from work so hopefully that will help. Hoping this stupid back of mine is feeling better by monday so i can get back to my big boy workouts.

Cant wait till tomorrow. Backnis feeling good, knee is a little achey from riding that goddamned bike up that hill every night but i sont think its anything to worry about. So funny story, was a beautiful day yesterday up untill 20 minutes before i was off work and it started pissing rain. Luckily it was warm out so i busted out a rain poncho and made these ghetto ass covers for my shoes which i thought was pretty hilarious 20160327_125437.jpg

Duck tape and grocery bags, kept my feet and shoes dry lol.

Also excited to weigh in tomorrow, i feel like ive lost some more of the water weight and i think i might be right 300 right now, will be stoked if thats the case.

Gonna be interesting to see how i handle this routine now that the drugs are out of my system, im 3 days into pct so its been about 24 days since i took last shot. Not feeling bad or anything yet, we'll see, i think im gonna be ok.

Ready to kill it this week!

I would say I fuck because it's fun too.... but hours of enduring bullshit from women just to find out she's a fricking starfish who lays there making weird noises while you rail their brains out for a half hour.

Every now and then, when you aren't even looking for a chick, she'll come out of nowhere, you say a single thing that she finds hilarious, you talk for like 2 minutes and then she grabs your dick and you go to her hotel and fuck for hours doing all kinds of bionic sea horse sex positions you haven't even heard of....

I miss those days.

And the most mediocre workout of the year award goes to....todays workout lol.

Squats 6x3 @ 310lbs. 5 pound increase. All sets complete.

Bench 5x5 @ 240lbs. 5 pound increase. Failed on last rep of last set.

Deadlift 4x8 @ 320lb. 5 lb increase. Did like 2 1/2 sets and had to stop, back wasnt hurting necessarily but it felt weak and i didnt feel comfortable continuing, couldnt risk fucking it up more.

Reverse flys 3x12

Calf raise 3x20

Tricep pushdown 3x12

Ugh suuuuper gay, still felt good to atleast go and get in there. I think im going to lay off the squats and deads for the rest of this week and just do some lighter workouts.

Felt like i had a little less drive and energy probably from the juice being out of my system but i can get past that once my back is 100%.

Good news, i weighed in and i am just at 300 so thats 15 lbs down from where i was at the beginning of the cycle and considerably stronger so altogether id say that was a success.
