What's up guys!?

Well, yesterday was a fucking ridiculous arm workout, and the day before was an awesome heavy back lift. I'm starting to really enjoy deadlifts and rackpulls, maybe someday I'll get into the PL'ing thing :D

I am going to try IGF1 LR3 soon, a lot of people are crazy about it, why not? I'll let you guys know how it goes....
 
I was going to make a new thread for it once we nailed down who was going to do it etc... I don't want it to be my log, it's everyones log.

Lol I was going to the same but for cutting this summer, actually already started typing up the first post. I got a lot of ideas (and questions) and was thinking it could be just like you described.. Share about diet, training, gear, and overall bullshit and motivation. I have a lot to share in that dept especially for noobs to cutting.

I'm obviously getting a late start this summer, but I'll join your bulking thread sometime after September. 7k + calories for the last couple of months along with 3g of test, 1.8g deca and dbol doses which I won't even mention have has treated me quite well, time to reveal what's underneath now! A long cruise is obviously in order too.

Still running JM annihilation phase- the arm pumps are just absolutely stupid dude.

What about those meadows rack pulls straight into chins superset? Those fuck me up bad. Hurts oh so good!

Carnitine dosage? In my natural days I used to swear by it.. But then put into my head it's just my metabolism and ability to shed fat. Now that I'm a bit heavier, and leaner.. Would be interesting to see how it acted with the tren for my blast.

Very hard!

I'm doing Omega Beam now, I'm almost done with week 6. This one is fucking tough too man! The rack pulls were working up to your 6 rep max, which sounded fun until I realized I didn't have any carbs in my system and nothing was left in the tank. 6 rep max was 405 that day, which was light for me.... Oh well...

I'm doing 200mg's a day w/10iu Humalog for the first 2 weeks. You could cut the insulin and still have awesome results. My understanding is it will just take a bit longer to saturate the muscle (add another week).

Finally feeling a bit better, I had the flu for the past couple of days.... Which made training horrific.

Anyway, besides the minor hiccup things are moving according to plan. I'm getting a lot of comments lately about how dry I am looking, I think it's just because I got too soft during the bulk, but i'll take it.

This carnitine seems to be doing something, I like it a lot really. I can't notice one negative side from it, and fat seems to be steadily melting off. No PIP, no jitters or shakes, nothing compared to the fat burners we're used to. Albeit, not as drastic in effects as T3 or something, but the results are steady and visible nonetheless.

IGF1-LR3, wow, this stuff is something if you ask me. 50mcgs pre workout and I get a nasty pump and my muscles look full as hell for the next 24 or so hours. I will try this stuff on leg day and arm day for the next 4 weeks, and have a more accurate report for you guys on this. Also, yes, it is a bit stupid to use this on a cut, however I'm hoping it will assist in preventing any catabolism in those two groups, and maybe even add a bit of size while trimming everywhere else.

Grey Tops still seem to be performing as expected.

Masteron from @Darius PharmacomStore has been nice as well, definitely hardening up while adding a surprising bit of strength, even while in a deficit. I will be trying his mix of tren base, winny and test base soon, i'll let you guys know how that shit is.

Yesterday was a NASTY leg workout, and Tuesday was a great heavy arm day... I'm SORE as hell. I'm pleased that today is just light chest and shoulder pump, my body is still not at 100%.

If you'd like I could share my experience with Pharmacom's tren, test, winny base (Mix 5). I started my 2nd vial this morning. I know I'm not one of the "cool kids" but Mindless was lol, so it probably doesn't matter....yep feels still hurt. [emoji22]

I really like it...too much probably. First couple of pins were 1ml about 30mins before I started training. It has an amazing feeling...imo, like nothing I've used before, once you get the blood flowing....tremendous pumps and gym energy. I had to drop it down to .6-.7ml, its better for me in that range....still gym energy and solid pumps, but I don't wanna rip peoples heads off. Mixing it with Comp TH on training days. I'd start around .5ml, especially if you're running another tren with it.
 
So Wunder, your saying that adding the inj Carnitine has increased fat burning above what your GH alone was doing? I find that just the GH alone has an amazing effect in dropping fat. But now im seriously considering adding Carnitine to get that last bit off.
Do you think it would be worth adding even though im cruising , or would i have better results in blast?

I think it would shine a lot more during your cruise... It will allow you to start your blast leaner than normal.
