Wunderpus' get bigger cycle

I think it would shine a lot more during your cruise... It will allow you to start your blast leaner than normal.
Oh i like the sound of that[emoji41] im gonna do it cause im so close to being where i wanna be, just that little extra is what im looking for.
Also, i was running the masterone 300 from PCOM and i really liked it. Def gonna be running it again in Aug during blast. Its a little pricey but i always pick it up on the 50% off sale[emoji4]

I would say the carnitine is the safest non-aas route for fat loss at a rapid pace...

I've always seen l-carnitine around but always figured it was just the oral form people were using. But After a bit of reading I now see that oral is basically useless compared to the injectable. Interesting. How did you come up with your dosing?

I'm following John Meadows' program exactly.

What's up guys!?

Today is my heavy back day, no lower back work, with a little bicep and forearm action thrown in.

What's your favorite back workout & how do you perform it (sets, reps, etc.)?

I have two....

-The one arm barbell row. This movement allows me to stretch my lats to their longest position, then explode up in a safe way. I normally do 8-10 reps on this for 4 sets (2 feeder sets if I'm not warmed up).

-Supinated 1 hand pulldown. Sit on the lat pulldown machine and put the D handle on it, grab the handle with a supinated grip (palm to the ceiling) and pull your elbow past your hip. I never see people doing this one, I'm not sure why.... The one BLASTS my back and is a great burnout lift. I normally do 10-12 reps on this one, 4 or so sets.

I'm doing back and bis too:)
I love doing one hand pulldown. Incredible burn!!!

Dumbell pull overs - heavy.

I've never tried going that heavy before, to be honest it scares me a bit on my lumbar region with all that tension. I do 225 for reps and that's it. Maybe i'll try going heavy.
I just make sure I keep my lower back tense all the way through before I even pull it off the rack.just like with deadlifts. I also wear a lifting belt.

Edit: I may look like a pornstar sticking out that cute little applebottom but I rather be safe than sorry. I have fucked up my back too many times before and have too many injuries that I make sure I tense up and stay tense all the way through my pulls. It's all about perfect form when doing back.

You ever try a seal row?

I prefer using a cambered bar for a little more stretch at the top because the bench tends to get it the way. Like one of these.

Very good isolation and it doesn't take much weight to be very challenging. Sets of 10-15 seem to work well. I saw these for the first time on a Pete Rubish video.

I usually stick with deadlifts, chin ups and one arm dumbbell rows, but I swap these in from time to time for a few weeks.

I have NEVER done this.... I will try it, hell yeah!

Use all 25's and you won't have to prop the bench up as high. I grab one of the benches that you can adjust on one side and stack bumpers under the other. I don't know what equipment you have available though.

It seriously doesn't take much weight. I'm a pretty strong puller and mid 100's is fairly challenging for 10-15. It takes a lot of the cheat out and it's all back.
