progress/training log

Went in today and just did some bench and deads.

Bench
1x20 135lb
1x12 185lb
1x3 225lb
3x1 275lb
4x3 225lb

Deadlifts
1x10 135lb
1x10 225lb
1x8 315lb
5x1. 405lb
3x5. 315lb

Back feels good, think im just about over that cold. Everything is feeling a little heavier i imagine somewhat because of the weight loss and probably still shut down from the drugs, but thats ok. Kind of concerned about how sustainable the routine i was on is going to be without added supplements but ima just see how it goes this next week and call it from there.
 
Idk if you've ever done tabata like circuits but the fuckers are killer.
Bronkaid works too.
Lots of spinach.
And I drink a quart of my own semen.

Really you could drop.everything and do that last step twice a day

Nah ive never heard of tabata. Other than you reffering to it in your logs. I'll look it up

On a more serious note though, your dedication and consistency is fuckin stellar. You've been killing it. Made some great strength gains since the start too.

Hey thanks brotha mane! Ive been feeling lazy for taking it so light the last couple weeks haha. Same to you too though man, seems like youve been kickin some ass lately. You motivate me cuz you weigh so much less but you're still kickin my ass on the lifts, and I'm hell bent on catchin up with ya lol.

Wellllllllllllllll see.... you're going thru pct and I am on week 1 of an Enanthate cycle so.... kind of a disadvantage. Let that encourage you just that much more to kick my ass ;)

Im thinking long term hahah. I still wanna drop another 30-40 pounds so i think its going to be all i can do to hang on to where im at right now
