He kept getting the runs so about a 1/4 of his diet is kibble. His big ass seems happy.lol never tried giving him kale, how does that work out?

Its fine. I do it for the vitamins/minerals and some fiber... just toss some chicken gizzards, livers, eggs and kale in a food processor and slice it up. They love it
 
Wish I could convert food to muscle like my dog...lay around the house most of the day sleeping, run about 20 min and look big as fuck. Maybe I should try the meat and kale diet.

They look great ever since I started them on it. Nice and energetic all day... very very very soft coats. No shedding.
I was reading that's the egg shells... probably going to start throwing fish oil in there too.

Lat pull downs

2x10 160lb
2x6 180lb drop to 5x160lb drop to 8x140lb

Straight bar curls
2x12 65lb
2x1p 85lb

Hammer preacher curls DB

4x12 30lb

Shrugs with lunge machine
1x12 3 plates per side
1x12 4 plates per side
4x12 5 plates per side

Bent over rear laterals

4x12 25lbs

Concentration curls
4x15 25lbs

Bent over BB rows overhand
4x12 135lb


Finished with more late pulls
4x15 100lbs

Did a bunch cuz i didnt really do anything heavy today

Yes I leave the shells in. Literally take the whole egg and toss it at the bottom of the processor to crack it. Put in some livers, kale, gizzards, kale, and some more chicken. Blend it all up... my dogs demolish that stuff.
Only do dark meat... no white meat or chicken breast.

Did chest and triceps today. Had a pretty good workout.

Dips
2x10 bodyweight. Was going to do more but my shoulders werent feeling it soni cut those short.

Close grip bench
1x15 135lbs
1x10 135+40lbs of chains at top of lift
5x3 185+40lbs of chains. pause reps.
1x8 135+40lbs of chains.

Just estimating on the chains, i want to say they are maybe 25lbs each and i had em set up so only a little was on the floor at the top of the lift these were hurtinhurting my shoulder too, i think i may take a little time off from heavy pressing because this has been bothering me lately.

Tricep pushdowns with V attachment
4x25 at 60lbs

Cable crossover high to low
4x15 35lbs

Cross chest tricep extensions
4x20 20lbs

Hammer strength iso incline press machine
1x15 1 plate per side
4x8 2 plates per side
1x15 1 plate per side

I did those were i pressed both sides up and held one in place at the top while i repped out with the other side and then vice versa for however many reps for each arm, i really liked this and it didnt hurt my shoulder so that was pretty cool.

Reverse grip tricep pushdowns with straight bar superset with cable crossover low to high scoopy style.

Pushdowns

Crossovers
4x12 30lbs

Felt good had fun, Dont usually take pictures in the gym but i felt like my arms were looking big to the point where i couldnt afford not to lol

1.Squats

1x10 135
1x6 225
4x10 225 with 40+pounds of chains
Chains all but off the ground at the top.


2. Wide overhand lat pulldowns
4x10 180lb
Super set with seated calf raise
4x25 plate per side

3.leg extensions
4x15 145lb
Superset with leg curls
4x15 160lb

4.leg press
4x20 200lb plus whatever the sled weighs
Superset with calf raise on leg press
4x20 200lb

5.close neutral lat pulls
4x10 160lb

6.straight arm lat push down
4x18 90lb

Never did these before, i actually liked them alot.

7.dealifts idk what made me do it had like 30 minutes before i needed to catch the bus and i said screw it why not, and im glad i did.

1x10 135lb
2x8 225lb
3x3 315lb
1x1 365lb
1x1 405lb
So 405 went up like butter, so i said ya know what, lets push this shit and i did

1x1 475lb and thats a new pr for me

2x1 405lb

Wow i was surprised, i guess my deadlift hasnt suffered too much, also weighed in at my lowest weight at 293lbs. Freaking stoked, awesome day!

Thank ya brahka zulu, yeah its weird how that happens, then on the days you're thinkin you're gonna kill it you...bring it back to life? Haha
 
So ive been thinking about it and i think i am just going to do a kind of typical body part split, atleast for a little while, then i will jump on something more structured and power oriented. Ive been feeling good and enjoying doing a greater variety of exercises and whatnot, i of course will still be lifting heavy and working towards getting stronger so i wouldnt say its your typical bodybuilding themed split or anything, just me going with rhe flow and doing what feels right. Split is going to look something like this:

Monday:Back/Bicep/forearms. This will be my deadlift day

Tuesday:chest/triceps/side delts

Wednesday:legs/rear delts/traps

Thursday:Back/biceps/forearms

Friday:chest/triceps/rear delts/probably some squats or something else for legs



May switch it around a little bit as i go, but ima start that up tomorrow and just see how it goes.
