Did chest and triceps today. Had a pretty good workout.
Dips
2x10 bodyweight. Was going to do more but my shoulders werent feeling it soni cut those short.
Close grip bench
1x15 135lbs
1x10 135+40lbs of chains at top of lift
5x3 185+40lbs of chains. pause reps.
1x8 135+40lbs of chains.
Just estimating on the chains, i want to say they are maybe 25lbs each and i had em set up so only a little was on the floor at the top of the lift these were hurtinhurting my shoulder too, i think i may take a little time off from heavy pressing because this has been bothering me lately.
Tricep pushdowns with V attachment
4x25 at 60lbs
Cable crossover high to low
4x15 35lbs
Cross chest tricep extensions
4x20 20lbs
Hammer strength iso incline press machine
1x15 1 plate per side
4x8 2 plates per side
1x15 1 plate per side
I did those were i pressed both sides up and held one in place at the top while i repped out with the other side and then vice versa for however many reps for each arm, i really liked this and it didnt hurt my shoulder so that was pretty cool.
Reverse grip tricep pushdowns with straight bar superset with cable crossover low to high scoopy style.

Felt good had fun, Dont usually take pictures in the gym but i felt like my arms were looking big to the point where i couldnt afford not to lol
