New to MESO!!!

Doing reverse band squats. Last set going to hit 595 for 1. Then I'm going drop down to 60% of my raw max which would be about 303. So I'll round up to 305 and do 3x10.
Fuckin beast mode brother. 315×10's on squat is about as high as I lile to push thus dodgy knee of mine. All I have to do is twist it a lio bit an it will feel like it pops in an back out tuen swells an cant do nothin but hobble aroun on it for th nexr couple of weeks smh. Hell I dont even have to be doing anything strenuous. I can jus be walking on gravel an twist it on a lil rock an yhat bitch brings me to the ground in agony. Thats the kind of pain I dont like lol. I have no choice but to play it safe on my deads an squats. I rarely go over 315. If im feelin froggy ill go uo to 365 but thats it. I would love to push the likits but at the same time I would rather be in the gym consistently for the long run. Your a fuckin straight beast with those lifts bro. Be safe an dont do anything dumb outside of the gym an fuck yourself up like I did lol. Oh an btw, I dont think that santa will be fitting down any chimneys anytime soon bahahah

Look up banded distraction for the knee joint. You'll need a green band and a foam roller and somewhere to anchor the band to. It will set your knee back into its proper place. Not saying this will help you, but it's worth a try. Anytime my knee feels funky this is what I do to get it back functioning properly. You can do this with any of the joints. Hip shoulder anke wrist.
