That works the top of the trap muscles. Things where you tuck your chin to your chest work the sterno.

I honestly just said that muscle because its.my favorite to say

Yeah, I figured as much. It's got a nice ring to it. You could put bands on your forehead and the other end attached to something.
 
Oh yeah i love traps. Im definitely gonna work those, just not my actual neck, which as i said is already too thick, any thicker and id just look silly lol

2.Bent over BB rows underhand

3.Seated hammer strength rows neutral
4x10 2 plates per side alternating sides

4.single arm DB preacher curls

5.Standing cable curls

6.Hammer curl

Didnt do deads today since i just did them friday but starting next week i will be doing them on mondays. Good workout,gonna go hit the beach and get some sun.

Was fuckin hurting my shoulders and shit, even the warmup set with 75lbs, really wish that would stop happening.

Super set the 4 heavy sets with side lateral raise

Was a good workout, got a nice little pump just pissed that i could only push those hundo DB's fo 6 reps and that my fuckin shoulders keep hurting. Dont know if maybe its from all the benching i was doing while i was on the DUP program and just didnt realize it cuz i was on the juice, idk i guess i am just gonna take a little while off from.benching as much as it sucks.

Good workout, helped this fix his deadlift form because he was rounding the shit out of his back and i just couldnt sit there and watch him fuck his back up, luckily he wasnt a douche and was receptive to my advice.

Shoulders still hurting on chest exercises :( kept it light on the presses but 185 actually felt heavy, squats felt great my bench seems to be the only thing that has been affected drastically by being off and losing weight, it sucls but im glad its just bench and not everything. Good workout. 10/10 eould do again.

I had horrible shoulder pain while benching. I narrowed my grip and fixed it.
Also for incline bench I use smith now. No pain.
 
Well what a funtastic day! Just got back from the gym, was helping paint the exterior of a house all day so i got to the gym late. Did back and biceps, i was pretty exhausted but managed to have a swell workout.
