•FEMALE LOG/ANAVAR•

I love this thread. I am new here. I read every word. I just started Anavar. Doing 10mg a day. I was doing 50 dbs press on a flat bench before and got up to 55 dbs last week but I saw the increase up to 20mg. Wendylifts are you still doing 20mgs?

Hi Kim! Welcome. No, I backed down to 10 mg. I tried twice to bump up to 20 but after about a week my throat starts getting sore and my voice raspy. Everyone is different and some ladies can tolerate it but I guess I can't. :) Look forward to your updates!

Nice job. You've got feel great about the contrast in those before and after pics... Don't beat yourself up about your calves. That's fantastic progress especially in the given time.

Those are solid workouts. Very smart adding some intra-workout nutrition too.

As a rule of thumb, "Don't listen to your ex... About anything." You're doing great. Listen to your body... And it sounds like your shoulder is screaming at you. Just remember that you'll feel better before you are completely healed and susceptible to further injury. The worst injuries I've had have been re-injuries when I pushed it on smaller injuries (all shoulders).

Last thing, BlueDress got saline implants 15 years ago. It was under the muscle - harder to do but it comes out better/more natural. That said, it was very taxing on her body and recovery takes a while so plan on it - weeks. Someone also already mentioned the pain meds after - you'll definitely need them and I would certainly recommend entering surgery with a completely clean system and well-recovered liver.

You are a beast! Keep up the good work!

Thank you, SC!
Training legs 3x a week has def paid off. One of my goals starting this cycle was to get thicker legs, so far it's been a success.

As far as implants go, I'm thinking silicone, over the muscle. Like you said under looks more natural, but I've heard of girls getting ripples when doing chest exercises.
I'm leaning towards over the muscle for that reason.

After all the feedback I've received here from you guys, I'm going to wait a couple of weeks off cycle before I go under the knife. I get really sad thinking about all the gains that I'll lose being off duty for weeks, but @RodgerThat 's post made me feel better.
I didn't think about doing exercises with elastic bands, at least for the lower body. That gives me hope.
Man, the things we do for a nice rack

I thought about Bluedress when I did shoulders today. It was def a good motivation!
How is your cycle going? Are you keeping a log as well?

Hi Kim, welcome to MESO.
Glad you've found this info useful :)

I don't take anyone's opinion on my body, didn't care if it's the current gf (I don't have one right now don't worry D I'm here for you still;)) or an ex or friends. This is my project and I'll see it threw to how I want it to be not what the masses think looks good or what a particular person likes. I want to look like a shit brick house with traps thick ass back and no taper, not aesthetic by any means but it's the look I want for what I want. If you want 30lb of muscle onto your frame you push for your goals and never be discouraged by some yahoos opinion!

As for the body job, I'd wait 4 weeks post cycle to get your hormones back together then get the surgery but don't say there isn't a way to train. Buy a Mark Bell hip circle (PM me if you want links and such) and you can to monster walks and bw squats but when doing it with the hip circle it engages so much more glutes so even with no weight on your back you'll feel like your squatting 135 and you will maintain lower body strength. Yes your chest muscle will atrophy slightly and your shoulders will get weaker slightly but if you hold your calories at 100 surplus you won't lose your size in the period and time frame especially if your still working lower body. You can also do standing band hip thrusters to keep your spinal errectors looking sexy and so many more exercises. I've had a lot of injuries in have been in many slings (both at the same time once) and there is always a way.... Although I did need my mom to help put on my shirt in the morning that time but I was 15 so it was okay! Until everyone at highschool found out my mommy was dressing me in the morning:oops: so embarrassing lol

Omg I love you! I honestly didn't think about doing work with bands. What a fantastic idea!! I actually have MB's hip circle. I haven't used it much but I jumped with excitement when I read your post.

You have given me so much hope. The idea of being able to at least work my lower body gives me relief, not to mention what you said of eating 100 cals surplus to maintain lean muscle mass.
Tbh, it would've been tempting for me to eat below maintance fearing fat gain. However, you make so much more sense. Especially bc you have experience dealing w injuries and stuff.
Your post was gold! Thank you so much my Canadian teddy bear❤️

Make sure you consult with your doctor about that before you make your decision. Mine told me the exact opposite. The rippling is caused by lack of subcutaneous fat and other tissue covering the implant. Having it done under the muscle actually helps prevent that.

Yep. And six weeks of no lifting.

This creates SO MUCH anxiety.
There goes all strength gains :(
I wish I could just fast forward time. Forget about the money, the highest price I'll have to pay for those babies will be precious gym time.

I would look at BB'ers who went both routes... I find under the muscle, through the arm pit, ALWAYS looks best... Also, the shaped implants over the round ones are 100% more attractive IMO.

Oh wow really?
Ok I will def talk to him about it. I have very little fat.
Did you get silicone implants, B?

Great suggestion! I'm gonna check out some BBers. I also appreciate your feedback, it's good to have a guy's opinion when it comes to boob shapes. Mine used to be teardrop and were a great hit w the guys lol

I was thinking to get them done under the boob skin fold. Idk why the thought of having them done through the armpits freaks me out. Sounds a lot more painful and uncomfortable.

Yes, silicone under the muscle, round implants. They were put in right under my breast. I think the only difference in where the implants are inserted is the scar you're gonna have.

I specifically asked him about that rippling effect. he said the newer silicone implants have a different consistency so they do not ripple as much, but its still possible. it just depends about the amount of fat and tissue over it, which is why under the muscle would help prevent it.

Hi Kim, welcome to MESO.

Thank you! I have enjoyed learning about you! I do have a question of you and Wendy. I have been taking Clen and still my appetite is out of control. Do you have any suggestions? I have been getting source ideas for ephedrine (ECA stack) and about to order that. I have researched that and good reviews on that and of course Cytomel T3. I took Ephedrine many years ago when I was a trainer and it worked great. I think I read Wendy is taking Albuterol? I am up in poundage (about 6) due to end of school year stress and trip.

Well, they slide the non-filled implant in that way, but the scarring is way easier to hide. They go in through a fold in the armpit, so you can't tell. Through the nipple you risk permanent nipple numbness, and permanently hard nips...

I know you already paid for it but it sounds like you need to take your time on getting the surgery done. The last thing you want to do is rush back and end of having spent all that money and then have to go under the knife again.

Believe me I know where you are coming from I completely tore my bicep tendon while competing in early 2013. Had to have it surgically repaired. Two days later I was doing one arm dumbbell benches with a 100 pound dumbbell. Started lower body work the next day. Both of those things were fine.

What wasn't fine is when I started tested the surgically repaired arm the day after the casting came off with my new brace on. Less than 30 days after surgery I had 300 pounds in my hands benching it to a two board press before I was cleared to lift anything with that arm. Not smart. I got away with not retearing it but had it happened insurance would have fought covering the second time.

What I'm saying is if you know you are going to push getting back into the gym too hard maybe wait until your work or life schedule is very busy to get the surgery done that way you will be occupied and not have to fight the gym temptation as much. Just my two cents worth.

I was told the same thing as @Bmae1 as far as rippling goes. Under the muscle prevents that.

I got mine done under the muscle and naval incision. I went to one of the best doctors in Beverly Hills for that particular procedure because I don't think naval incisions were too common back then.

However if and when I get them re-done, I might go over the muscle this time because I hate how they move when I'm doing chest exercises, lol.

Oooh raspy voice.... Eeek. I'm
going to try to upload a pic so you guys can see bulky pic up in weight from Sun. And we'll see if increasing Anavar will help and maybe a different appetite suppressant.

I honestly don't have any experience with clen or ephedrine. I'm currently taking Albuterol.

How does your diet look like? Macros and calories wise.
For instance I'm doing 40p/40c/20f
I find that since my carb intake is high and all of them consist of complex carbs, the fiber keeps me full for longer.
The same goes with your fats, nuts, peanut butter, seeds... They keep you satisfied for longer periods of time.

I think instead of looking at other supplements to curb your appetite, you can tweak your diet and macros to do so.

I'm honestly not a big fan of doing a bunch of stacks for fat loss or even messing with T3. So much can go wrong when you start playing with your thyroid.
Lastly, water intake is crucial. Make sure you're getting in at least 1 gallon of h2o daily

I did read that about T3 in my research. I've been doing zig zag calorie 1200-1500's to try and trick my body and the macros are about 40/40/20. I do need to get nuts and seeds back in my life. Ha! Thank you for the suggestions. :) I will try tweaking too and see what I can do and see what increasing Anavar does. I'm a teacher so in about a month I will be free with more time for two months.
