eating too much

Hey guys.. Just started some Dbol (50mg ED) and I just can't stop eating.. I know it's good for bulking but I wanted lean bulk and now I'm getting some fat (started 5 day ago and 2 day later I got hungry all the time..) Is there anyway to supress my appetite ? Right now I'm loving the pump and very low side effect from it exept back pump. Would be sad if I had to drop the Dbol

Keep eating and up your cardio. Sounds to me that you not eat clean ? Not have to eat garbage even if you are hungry.

Are you just running dbol with no test?

I would say black coffee as well, and you might try this old model's trick: when hunger pangs set in and it is not time to eat yet, suck on a Halls Mentho-Lyptus. They are so strong (and kinda nasty, IMHO) they kill your taste buds for a while. or you could take up smoking. LOL

No I'm running it with 600 mg of test EW :)

I'm eating very clean when I'm at home. I prepare a lot of food for work but when I'm done I'm still hungry and there is no clean food to buy ! I'll try the black coffee instead of buying garbage food

idk if you are tracking your macros right now, and these have a fairly high fat content, but i make these protein balls out of peanut butter (the no sugar added kind) and Quest protein powder (your flavor of choice). I take 2 cups of peanut butter, 2 scoops protein powder, 1/2 cup oatmeal (I grind it in a coffee grinder to make flour), and 1/4 cup honey. mix it all together until you can make little balls out of it. It should make about 23-24 balls that weigh about 1 oz each. after you form each ball roll it in protein powder to coat it. store them in the fridge. YOu can carry them around without them getting too squishy but if they get hot they get kinda soft. Each one has 180 calories, 11 grams Fat, 7 grams Protein, 10 grams carbs. I know the fat is a little high, but its a good way to get some calories in you if you are bulking plus they really do seem to fill you up. My husband is bulking right now and loves these as a way to get calories in. Next I am going to try to make protein cookies. I usually use oatmeal flour in all my baking recipes.

Might have to drop it now.. I'm having major shin splint while I play hockey or just running :( If i drop the dosage will it help ? or any other way to reduce the pain ?

Here's a recipe of my own, feel free to modify it accordingly:

1/2 cup sugar (you can omit this)
1/2 cup butter/margarine
1/2 cup milk

Melt in a big pot on the stove then add:
6 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup shredded coconut
3 cups instant oats

Once mixed in the pot remove from heat, scoop out chunks and form into balls leaving on wax paper for a bit then put them into the fridge. Home made oatmeal clusters, very portable. I usually double the recipe. Sometimes I add in chopped walnuts. You could probably add whey once it's removed from heat although I make these solely as a portable carb source so I dont.

that sounds good! Have you done a macro/calorie breakdown on that? idk how many clusters it makes

No I just eat as much food as I can and my metabolism takes care of the rest.

The amount of clusters would depend on how big you make them. I made a batch the other day but double the recipe and I got (counts) about 28 clusters but I've eaten a few so I may be off.

Best to just calculate macros of the raw ingredients then divide based on how many clusters you make or wanna make since you can make the clusters however big or small you'd like! They are tasty and great on-the-go energy source.

Lol wen I smoked it never affected my appetite. Then again I'm always hungry haha

FYI I jsut made that recipe with the following differences: omit sugar, used 1/4 cup honey instead. added 1 scoop Quest chocolate protein powder. I made 22 balls at ~ 1 oz. each. Each ball has 119 calories, 7F 13C 3P.
