Forgot to log workout for today as i had to go and work directly after but i did chest and triceps. Wont bother now cuz i dont feel like it and i didnt do anything notable really. Didnt do any real pressing as im teying to take it easy on shoulders a bit longer. I did my cable crossover and hammer strength incline presses without any discomfort to shoulders so thats a good sign, thanks @RodgerThat for the good rehab advice. Gonna give it a bit longer and then slowly start adding some weight and hopefully get my daggum bench back up to par lol
