Forgot to log workout for today as i had to go and work directly after but i did chest and triceps. Wont bother now cuz i dont feel like it and i didnt do anything notable really. Didnt do any real pressing as im teying to take it easy on shoulders a bit longer. I did my cable crossover and hammer strength incline presses without any discomfort to shoulders so thats a good sign, thanks @RodgerThat for the good rehab advice. Gonna give it a bit longer and then slowly start adding some weight and hopefully get my daggum bench back up to par lol
 
Glad it's helping a bit for ya bud. You're being smart giving it the proper rest and rehab it needs will most definitely make it way better then trying to keep pushing to your limit. How long until your next blast starts?

Yeah definitely, obviously i wanna push it, but not at the risk of fuckin my shit up haha.

Ummm not sure exactly about the next blast, im about a month out of pct now, so i think im just gonna keep it natty for awhile, maybe another 5 or 6 months and just keep working on losing some more fat and saving some money up cuz i want to be able to get bloodwork and shit done on the next run.

You could easily cut to 260 if you let go of a little strength.

Id have to let go of a bit more than id like, that'd be a little over 30lbs at this point,in 12 weeks, too much collateral damage.
 
Idk man I think you could hold onto your strength. I've gone from like 215 to 198 and gained strength natty

Well yeah if i go about it at a nice steady pace, i just think shooting for 30 pounds in 3 months might be pushin it. Realistically id like to drop maybe another 15 pounds of fat by the time august comes around.

I think thats everything, had to pay $10 bucks for a day pass so i got my fuckin moneys worth, drank a bunch of their water too, that'll teach em. Felt great to do some benching even though im weak as shit, probably could have squeezed out 5 reps or so at 225 but i decided to just be safe and stick with the triples. Its really weird going to a different gym and using fifferent bars and shit lol.

I'm sitting at about 245-250. Been recomping really well, but wanna do a hard cut. I have tren and drol I haven't used yet. I wanna hit 215 then bulk

It was a strange feeling...like everything was basically the same...but just a little bit off. The dumbbell handles were a little too thin, the rack for the incline bench was just a little bit too far back to where i would probably need a lift off if i went heavier. The staff was all friendly and smiling and shit. It was really bright. I could go on and on hahahah

I was scared they were going to bitch about me deadlifting, and not wearing shoes, and using chalk lol but it all went well.

Glad to be going back to my gym on monday, there was like no room to deadlift, nowhere to rest in between sets, and just stupid assholes doing stupid shit ego lifting, using pussy pads to half rep 155lb squats, etc etc its distracting. And holy shit people staring like they've never seen a man deadlift before, very unnerving. Thats all the bitching i'll do, i'll be home monday hahah.
 
Also, trying out this super low carb thing, strictly before workouts, day two of this, had only a couple pieces of toast with my pre workout meal yesterday, and about a half cup of potato salad for lreworkout meal today, i can definitely tell my energy is down a bit and i cant stop being hungry, this is gonna suck but im determined to stick with it for a while and see how it goes.
