@Chelsea2020 you asked me why I'm here the other day. It's because of logs and guys like this. It's truly motivating. Take a gander

Hell,man, yall are the real inspiration. Guys like you, the deadlifting bear, seven, perrin and the others who i bullshit with regularly and keep up with. Im just trying to get up there on yalls level, you guys give me something to aim for.

It isn't about how much weight you push or how low your BF is, it's about how much work you're putting in and brother you are beyond my level when it comes to that. You're doing it the right way and earning every pound dropped and every PR you've got. I honestly wish I found a place like this earlier in my training to so I could have had the guys to bullshit with as well. Plus nobody can quite match your level of brosive names

There's no rules. Well there's two things that can get you banned but that's another story. It's more of a respect thing. This is insaiyan's log. We are here to push him up and call him a pussy. Post your pictures in the biggest member thread or the transformation thread. You could also start a log. Bullshitting is more then welcome in logs but what you did was a bit disrespectful. No worries. Now you know.
 
On the 19th and 20th of last month i hit my best maxes at 305 bench 455 DL and 405 squat, that was 18 days after last dose of sust and at a bodyweight of 305lbs. Last week i was hitting bench singles at 275 pretty easy but i felt super weak on it today. I could probably do 285-295 bench, 385-395 squat and 425-435 DL judging by how i felt today.

I havent been able to keep perfect track lately because my damn food scale is still over at the place i had to move out of, but ive been trying to keep it similar so i would say anywhere between 1000 to 500 deficit.

I'm only half way through and I'm probably going to take a break. You boys are to silly and my brain hurts. What I'm quoting stands out the most so far. Like I said I'm only half way through and you may have added some more weight to these numbers but your hard work and drive shows. It may not look like much weight has been added since your very first post but I beg to differ. Nice work, KID ;). I will finish up my reading in a bit.

You are young and have a lot of heart. I can't wait to see where you are at when you reach my age. Transformation logs like this touch a special place in my heart. I have been down the path that you are taking now. There is no better feeling then the feeling you have right now. I needed this. Thank you Odie and thank you Insaiyan93 for having the will and the drive to make a change.

Thank ya ma'am! As far as the weight....nah, i hit like one more DL pr and its pretty much been downhill from there with all the weight loss haha

Don't be so sure of that. I'm going to start a log very soon myself. I still hit the iron with my husband and Odie but drag my ass to crossfit a few times a week for a REAL workout. I think you will like what you see. ;)

I'm just ripping for fun but legit crossfit is pretty sweet I mean the fittest man in the world without a doubt is fronning and Matt chan makes one hell of a good barbell (rogue Matt chan barbell, check it for the home gym it's unreal quality)

I shouldn't admit this but it's only a matter of time before Chelsea spills the beans anyway. Her husband got me to go the other day. I was literally on a knee or just flat out laying on the floor every 15 mins. It was fucking awesome and reminded me of my glory high school football days. I could see myself still training like I do and doing crossfit once or twice a week for the endurance aspect. I've been running bleachers with Chelsea's husband so I don't look like such a puss next time I go. Lmao.
 
I shouldn't admit this but it's only a matter of time before Chelsea spills the beans anyway. Her husband got me to go the other day. I was literally on a knee or just flat out laying on the floor every 15 mins. It was fucking awesome and reminded me of my glory high school football days. I could see myself still training like I do and doing crossfit once or twice a week for the endurance aspect. I've been running bleachers with Chelsea's husband so I don't look like such a puss next time I go. Lmao.

I'm proud of you man takes a big man to admit to such things in this kind of place.... I did crossfit once too, in my log I had 2 friends challAnge me to doing some sort of WOD thing. Bottom line I won powerlifter>crossfitter at crossfit, to be fair though I'm quite conditioned through my everyday life I just keep my training to strength only as skiing, lacrosse, swimming and biking give me enough other conditioning. I get the team aspect though it's kind of cool working out and challenging eachother but with how competitive it gets that could lead to injuries too quick for me

The injury thing scares me to. That's why I've honestly never looked into it. They literally just run up to shit and pick it up.

Thats one of the turn offs for me, i like working out by myself, or with my pops, but thats about it.
