@Tmisatix if your trying to get your weight up stick to red meat. Burgers beefs steak. With potatoes or rice. Fk the greens. Add more red meat n carbs.eat a lot !! All day. Even before bedtime. Stay away from cardio. Personally when bulking heavy weight 5-7 set range between 3-7 or 4-8 rep max. but food is the most important part in your case. Trust me I was never a heavy eater I find it hard not to eat now. Aas actually increased my appetite a lot. Test deca Dbol prob one of my favorite cycles. Or anadrol instead of Dbol. Good mass gains

I'm definitely lifting much heavier now, in the 6-12 rep range. Love pyramids too, but I just try and train like an animal. I'm bulking right now, but Attemtping to grow into a show for November, but it's more than enough time. I'm taking these couple months to really fill out. Takes time though. I'll try more fatty meats as well, but I'm definitely trying to increase my carbohydrate intake.

Oh and sorry to hear about your elbow man injuries suck but I hope you get back to it ASAP!
 
image.png image.png Training 2 years gaining 10 lbs .. I was 130lbs.. Coudnt gain weight.. Decided to jump on cycle after my doc said my test was low but still not enought for trt at 21.. Im 24 now and i am 190lean. Dod 3 cycles now o cruze on 250 test.

10lbs in two yrs? What's wrong with that? I can guarantee you did not eat enough, but fuck it jump on trt for the rest of your life everyone is doing it.

Iv been eating clean, oats bananaas, sweet ptato chiken, steak alot of whey protein coconut oil... I have diabetetoo and i try to use insulin as an advantage.. I pin it intramuclulae too.. And take 12iu to 14 ius preworkout with karbolyn or candys and 175-200g whey protein pre post intra.. L
 
Lean gains, you have made great progress but as stated, you are probably going to be in for the long haul.. you were a tiny ass dude. Congrats and good luck.
I wanted to pin at 26 but waited until I was 36. Once you start, it's tough to stop.

Not sure I'm liking myself so bulky. Gotta think about it. Almost prefer myself in second pic, less stocky but leaner

Nice transformation and I do think you looked a lot better in the middle pic.
