@Tmisatix if your trying to get your weight up stick to red meat. Burgers beefs steak. With potatoes or rice. Fk the greens. Add more red meat n carbs.eat a lot !! All day. Even before bedtime. Stay away from cardio. Personally when bulking heavy weight 5-7 set range between 3-7 or 4-8 rep max. but food is the most important part in your case. Trust me I was never a heavy eater I find it hard not to eat now. Aas actually increased my appetite a lot. Test deca Dbol prob one of my favorite cycles. Or anadrol instead of Dbol. Good mass gains
