Push ups, Hindu push-ups, squats, calf raises throughout the day, just load up on volume. For example: 20 Push ups every half and hour. You do this with squats, calf raises, etc, as well. You can add variations to the stance and grips too. Wall push-ups , or Hindu push-ups hit the delta. Constantly flex and pose.
