U only do 7-9 sets your entire sesh?? How? I do that in 2 exercises, and if im doing BB type accessories, I do fst7 type....Around 1.5-2 hours here, but that's with 5-minute rests between sets. 7-9 sets total, but with plenty of warm up for each workout.
Anyway, depends on which day it is. Running DUP on a bro split, my 80-85% days last a good half hr longer than my 70-75% days, for each body part.
