Fell asleep when i got home from the gym. Woke up in a panicked, starving frenzy, had to go to work ao to catch up on all the food i missed in those 3 hours i was asleep. 2 cups of brown minute rice and 2 cups of egg whites, this has been a favorite meal for me lately.
