AIght bros - ya boy's been good and still making gains.
Week 8 - Got sick as a dog and had to take a couple days off. HCG 450iu 2x wk, Adex 1mg EOD. Hit chest/tris/abs (monday), chest (wednesday), and shoulders (friday). Weight ~240.
Week 9 - HCG 450iu 2x/wk Adex 1mg EOD lowered to .5 EOD. Benched 225x16 easily, 275x7 easily. Went up to 315x3 and strained my pec hard about halfway up on the last rep, still finished it but fuck. Not sure what is it, but there's a tendon near the front of my armpit that got strained as fuck. Didn't swell or anything but I had to stop hitting chest. Ended up doing legs (sunday), back and shoulders (tuesday), bis/tris (wednesday), legs (thursday). Weight 243lbs.
I'm currently in the middle of week 10...
Things I've noticed/learned (I've bolded the conclusions):
- 1mg Adex EOD was too much. I've lowered to .5mg EOD. I've still had a slight nipple sensitivity the duration of the cycle. Nothing major, no lumps growing, and the pain isn't bad. I've gotta push really hard but I can feel a little tinge of sensitivity. This got me paranoid earlier and I think I overdid it with the Adex. I've noticed my weight went up within days of lowering the Adex. Also I was getting tired as fuck the past few weeks - after lowering the Adex, I'm no longer fatigued/tired like I was. My weight also stagnated at the higher dose. I feel pretty great now. Overall .5mg Adex EOD
- Increasing the cals to 4000, was a good move. Much more gains now. Diet is a huge key.
- HCG 450iu 2x/wk seems to keep my balls big and working and isn't giving me any Estrogen sides. I think originally 300iu EOD was a little too much, potentially.
Also, I'll be extending this cycle to 15 weeks, still at 600mg/wk. I'm up to ~243, which is a 20lb gain from day 1. I'm aiming for 250 by the end. Arms are 18", which is up a bit over .75" from day 1.
I'm getting bloods taken Friday. I'm upload pictures, and my lifting/dose calendar for the month. And of course the blood results when I get them.
