What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Supplements are such a scam... Karbolyn is neither a "Slow" or "Fast" absorbing carb source.... So basically what my NYC instincts are telling me I can mix Dextrose powder and Maltodextrin Powder pre workout for a fraction of the price of this Karbolyn and get the same effects.....
 
Bro... HSN had a $199 special for the whole thing. I got 4 shaker size cups I can hook up to the blender and the big boy for mass gaining shakes if I ever make one again lol.

I'm talking about the big 64 ounce big boy.

Come to think of it. It's the best thing I ever bought. I can blend oatmeal into fine powder.... No need to buy mass gainers... I can make my own. I even grind Costco mixed nuts (no homo) in that blender when making home made mass gainer shakes. Zero filler or bullshit just True Nutrition protein blend, grounded oats and nuts , sweet potato/yams... I tried a pork chop shake once but I threw up lol.

After a (abundant) sushi dinner got home was still starving ... so stirred a spoonful of ovaltine and 1 of cinnamon in 8oz of Greek yogurt mixed with a cup of milk and dumped in 1 cup of smaps cereal
...
Then ate a quest protein bar :-/

And am still hungry

Lol I gotta get my daily eggs ha-ha but I think imma start splitting em in two meals like half meat half eggs
I usually start with a solid dozen then work my way up to the bakers dozen....

Usually takes a few weeks to transition.
