Updates. Didn't get time to workout today. Babysitter was busy during the time I could have gone so.... I watched movies.

Watched lights out - Badass fucking movie. I love horror movies, and this one was genuinely creepy.

Also watched suicide squad - horrible fucking movie. Jesus fucking Christ Jared Leto murdered the joker. The only joker I liked in a movie was Jack Nicholson, and his origin story, along with the whole movie was completely fucked up.
Mark Hammond in the animated series is the only good joker.

I'm a bit of a nerd with this shit. Worst joker ever. WTF.
 
Did deadlifts. 275 for reps. 15+ on each set. Did 4 or 5 sets. Hand felt amazing.
Did some back and rear delt stuff as well.
I need to eat. Haven't done that yet.
Appetite is non existent

My wife gets a bunch of free shit from this Amazon review trader, and forskolin and alpha GPC are amongst a few things she's gotten.

Jesus. My hand feels 95%. Been taking these antibiotic pills, and my ring knuckle has shrunk significantly and I have great range of motion.
Finally got to bench today, first time since the beginning of August.
Workout was as follows:
Pec deck 3 sets - 15@160, 15@190, 15@220
Incline hammer press 3 sets - a 10 &2 plates for 8, 10, 2 plates, quarter for 8, 10 and 3 plates for 8.
Flat bench 3 real sets. 1 rep with bar, 1 rep w/135 to test my wrist/hand. 8@225, 6@275, 12@225.
Hammer shoulder press 3x8@ 2 plates and a 10
Laterals - 8@30, 8@35,8@40
Front raise - 3x8@35
Stair stepper.......... 10 minutes.... :(

Hand felt fucking great. Any of the exercises that has a 10lb plate added to it was because my wife was doing them with me. Instead of taking her weight off, I just stacked mine on top.

Definitely could have gotten more reps that last set on bench, but my right grip was slipping out. Didn't feel like dropping anything.

Few variations of rear delt work, some curls. Went up to 45 lbs on regular alternating curls. My hand feels awesome.
Did calves in between sets.
 
I just watched some Syfy TV show called "Channel Zero" based off of creepypastas.
First episode was alright. Seems like it could be interesting. A "Stranger Things/American Horror Story" kinda thing.

No. The entire first season is dedicated to a story called "candle cove". I've read a handful of creepypastas, but not this one, so I'm pretty excited to see what happens.
It's like American Horror story. Each season focuses on one thing, but the next season will be about a different story.

Solid log man. Wouldn't expect anything less of you since you've been around awhile. Only hard thing about being a parent is you come second. I hate missing workout days due to the kid so I just started getting up at 530 to get cardio, meal and a workout in before 830. What else can you do haha. I always have mad respect for those who have kids and yet attain their goals so ill also say good job to that man

My pit Axel is a goof. Lazy as hell, but very strong and explosive, so when he sees me for the first time in the mornings, or when I come back from the gym.... better get out of his way because he makes a B line sprint for me.

He's destroyed, and I mean destroyed, a few dogs because they tried attacking him, but he has never been the aggressor and he's never shown aggression towards a human.
