Those blue things? I've heard they are pretty good. I've never used them. I'm a cheap bastard, and if I remember correctly, they were pretty pricey for something I could craft out of pvc and foam for much, much cheaper.
Shit that's not a bad idea. Just need something to make some knurling marks.

I am handy so I could find pvc pipe that's just flexible enough to slip onto the bar and sized so it stays in place when I grip. Going to go to Home Depot and see if I can snag some scrap PVC pipe sections for cheap as all I need is like 2 6" pieces with inside diameter 1.5" to fit a standard bar.

Start off with half a banana nut muffin at 6am. Then 12 "chicken on stick" and 8 teriyaki wings from the Canton chopsticks.

5 minutes of incline bench. Only got 44 reps. 23 of which were 225, 21 were 185.
Flat DB press 3x10@80lbs superset with flyes@40lbs 3x10
Chest press machine 3x10@180 ss high cables 3x10@40
Reverse curls 3x10@80 ss single arm cable hammer curl 3x10@40

These 5 minute movements are running a train on me. But I'm going to keep doing them until I get bored with em. There's some nice neck rolls for ya.

I hope he's Jason Todd and Willem Dafoe will be revealed as the real joker. They finally got batman right. Why did they have to completely fuck the joker.

I think I tried too. I tried watching some vampire show where this guy woke up in a city looking for his wife. Last thing he remembered was being on vacation with his wife. He was some doctor who could cure something, Idk. Can't remember what it was called. I ended up watching from dusk till dawn season 1 instead. That was very good.
My wife dragged me into American Horror story Roanoke.... pretty dumb so far. I loved the season with the voodoo people and the coven though. I might start watching Salem. It's on my list.

Yeah I watched about 10 minutes of the last season. I feel they, along with suicide squad, are trying to "modernize" everything, which takes away all its originality and makes it more of a joke.
